Rp Richwear offers FREE EXCHANGE, ONLY IF the customer has received Wrong size Footwear, Wrong Colour , Different or Defected product than ordered. Here the customer is eligible for both EXCHANGE and REFUND. (Short Unboxing video is Mandatory in case of customer claiming Defective or Different product received by him/her.).

In case of Customer after receiving the order feels sizes issue whereas Correct ordered sizes was delivered and Customer wants to exchange for different size. Shipping charges from customer address to Rprichwear warehouse has to be half bear by customer and half by rprichwear. No Shipping charges for Delivering Correct size order by Rprichwear

In case of Return and Refund : In Case if customers no longer wants the product even after receiving right order then your (order amount - ( (Forward Shipping + reverse shipping amount)/2 ) balance amount will be immediately refund after  receiving product at RpRichwear warehouse.

To qualify for Refund and Exchange the Product has to be in the Original Condition (as shipped by RpRichwear to you i.e Original Box, Tags and Labels has to be intact), RpRichwear reserves the right to make the final decision related Refund/Return and Exchange.

In case of Socks Returns and Refunds are applicable only in case of Manufacturing Defect and not otherwise.
