Cash on Delivery
Step 1
All COD i.e (Cash on Delivery) Orders are Subject to Phone Verification. Our Team member will call Customer and re-confirm the Order, address and Other Necessary details related Order.
If upon verification any suspicious activity noticed (Phone not reachable or switch off) or RpRichwear team member is NOT Convinced with the Customer answers, COD Order straight away stands cancel. Informing Customer over email Provided (Nothing against customer, it is done just to avoid fake order on our website ,as fake returns are painful and incur additional expense)
Step 2
Upon Successful Verification your order will be shipped and tracking ID will be shared over Email. also request customers to keep payment ready at the time of taking delivery of shoes and avoid any inconvienience to either Courier person or your family member (I mean Inform them that you have ordered a shoes from www.rprichwear.com and have to pay for the shoes)
Step 3
Note : RpRichwear has the right to cancel any COD Order if order appears to be fake or on verification customer's answer to phone call appears to be not convincing. (This is done only in good faith and avoid any additional expense to Website.
